Alex M. Brucker is the founding partner in the Pension and Employee Benefits law (ERISA) firm of Brucker & Morra. This exclusive ERISA law practice prevents/solves federal tax and fiduciary law problems involving pension and cash balance plans, ESOPs 401(k) and profit sharing plans, 403(b) plans health and welfare plans and deferred compensation (409A and 457 plans).
