Not the quality of mechanics that you would expect from Detroit Diesel! Just a huge money grab and always jump to worst case scenario and don’t even verify that’s the problem. It’s a shame when I would rather take my truck to the TA because these “mechanics” here are bigger part changers than the truck stop! STAY AWAY

Jerry & Heather in the service/repair department are highly focused on customer service and follow through. Had to have some transmission work done on one of our trucks and they kept me informed all throughout the process. Answered all my questions and understood as a small company our urgency to get our vehicle back on the road.

Place is a joke. Jerry and the service writers are ignorant and lazy. Almost zero communication and laughable knowledge on trucks. And when it comes to the bill. Parts and labor are charged triple and low quality. Never again will I take my truck there.
