I represent employees in a variety of employment related class action and individual matters. My practice areas include wrongful termination and discrimination, harassment, unpaid overtime, and missed meal and rest breaks. I also represent consumers in disputes against companies for consumer fraud, harassing telephone calls and bank fees. I have litigated against Fortune 500 companies, including some of the largest companies in California and the United States. My goal is to right injustices by obtaining the maximum recovery for clients and to stop abuses by big corporations.
