Since earning a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation in1993, Mr. Sprecace has defended individual and corporatetaxpayers in disputes with the I.R.S., Colorado Department of Revenue,Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, and U.S. Department of Labor,both administratively and in state and federal courts.  Mr. Sprecacehas successfully represented taxpayers before the I.R.S., the ColoradoDepartment of Revenue, and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment incases involving:. employment tax;. the Trust Fund Recovery Penalty;. liens and levies;. business and individual tax return audits;. federal and state offers in compromise;. innocent spouse provisions;. residence and Colorado income tax issues;.
