Mr. Williford grew up in Delaware, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature magna cum laude from the University of Delaware, and his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School cum laude. While in law school Mr. Williford was an Articles Editor for the Cornell Law Review. After law school Mr. Williford clerked for Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey of the Delaware Supreme Court, then practiced for a number of years with two Delaware firms well-respected in corporate litigation..
