The Hirsch Firm, P.C. is primarily a criminal defense trial practice. I represent people arrested and accused of a criminal offense. I represent people facing charges in all State courts: Municipal/Traffic Court, Juvenile Court, State Court, and Superior Court. I represent people at all stages of the criminal justice process: from arrest to bond hearings, preliminary hearings to arraignment, motions in preparation for trial, and trial. I also represent people on post-conviction matters with appeals and probation violations..
