Jerry Rigby is a recognized expert in water law and rural electrification/cooperative law. He has practiced in Rexburg since 1979 and for much of that time has represented some of Idaho’s largest water users and several rural electric cooperatives. Additionally, Idaho’s governors have appointed him to represent Idaho water users on the Idaho State Water Board and various other boards and committees. He presently serves as Idaho’s delegate and Chairman to the Western States Water Council. Jerry holds the highest peer review rating possible from Martindale Hubbell (AV).
