My legal practice focuses on tax and estate planning for individuals and families. I represent executives, physicians, lawyers, traders, farmers, business owners as well as family offices. My experience ranges from addressing routine estate planning matters to the most sophisticated estate tax and asset protection concerns for wealthy individuals including family limited partnerships, charitable remainder trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, sales to grantor trusts, private annuities, domestic asset protection trusts and other irrevocable trusts. I am a Certified Public Accountant and LL.M. in taxation graduate. As such, I focus a substantial portion of my practice helping clients navigate complex income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
