Janet Altschuler is a diligent, experienced and aggressive criminal defense attorney with broad crimininal defense experience in all misdemeanor and felony offenses in State and Federal Court in the Tucson area. . She is a former active duty Air Force JAG officer and former Deputy Pima County Attorney with over 20 years as a criminal lawyer. Janet has successfully handled hundreds of jury trials. She represents good people accused of all kinds of offenses from DUI and traffic matters to assault, drug offenses and sex offenses. When you retain Janet she represents you-not some inexpereinced you hire Janet, you hire someone who knows the prosecutors and judges because she sees them in the courtroom everyday. Janet knows what the guys with the big time web sites from Phoenix don't know. She knows the people and judges on the other side of the aisle. She knows when to change your judge, she knows when to wait out a bad prosecutor. This kind of experience cannot simply be driven down from Phoenix or taped to a website.
