Todd was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Todd now resides in Parkville, Missouri (a small suburb of Kansas City, Missouri).. After law school, Todd began his legal career in the Kansas City office and national headquarters of Lathrop & Gage, L.C., specializing in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases as well as consumer protection litigation.
