Mr. Sanders is a tax attorney and entrepreneur residing and practicing law in Nashville, Tennessee. In his capacity as an attorney, he provides tax and structural advice to ultra-high net worth individuals and families.  With a background in complex trust and estate planning, he has done extensive work with closely-held family investment entities, and has particular expertise in multiple class, multiple-tiered partnership structures.  He is involved in various capacities in private equity and real estate investments, including acting as the manager and principal of a closely-held investment holding company with ownership in various asset classes, including real property, private debt obligations, marketable securities, and restaurant franchises. Mr. Sanders holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Charleston (1999), a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School (2002) and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University (2003). Mr. Sanders started his firm in 2007. Prior to that, he was the Senior Associate in the tax group at Adams & Reese, LLP. Mr. Sanders is a member of the American Bar Association, theTennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, the Order of Kentucky Colonels,Morgan’s Men Association, and sits on the board of several local charitable organizations and community boards.
