No stars is not possible. Didn't even want to write a review but then thought of other people who might hire Bob Simmons. Especially those who already may be in distress. Stay away from Bob. Not only was he rude, inattentive, couldn't keep …
Communication was inconsistent. Final deliverables were disjointed and not particularly helpful. Requests that should have been routine came with expensive up-charges that other investigators do not charge for. Surveillance team lost the target which was entirely unacceptable. For the money, unacceptable service.
We had the absolute best experience working with this agency, all deliverables were perfect and the information was invaluable to our case. Highly recommend for discreet and quick information gathering.
