I have extensive immigration law experience. I have helped everyone from market research analysts and farm workers to engineers and entertainers start their lives in the United States. I have litigated cases with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and helped others fight for their lives and freedom before the Executive Office for Immigration Review aka Immigration Court.
