James Dixon
My practice is primarily devoted to litigation in the areas of construction, product liability, and real estate. Typically, I will assist contractors in resolving their disputes, and avoiding them by having the right documents in place and responding appropriately as issues arise on projects. I also help companies that manufacture construction-related products. For individuals, I can help resolve disputes with contractors or that involve the sale of property.
