Injuries caused by a serious accident or employment discrimination have far reaching consequences. Injured victims endure extraordinary pain, lost income, mounting bills and stress that not only causes suffering for the injured victim, but also their family.  I very much enjoy getting justice for my personal injury and wrongfully discharged clients.. My business practice involves counsel in Labor and Employment matters; employments agreements; and, high stakes commercial litigation involving breach of contract matters; noncompete litigation; construction disputes, and other general litigation.   I pride myself on giving my clients the close, personal attention necessary to resolve problems creatively and efficiently, while still maintaining a high level of skill and expertise.. Criminal matters, like personal injury and employment matters, affect the life and liberty of my clients.  I take pride in fighting overzealous prosecutors and demand fairness in all criminal cases.. Most lawyers actually fear going to trial. Convincing every client into a settlement may be easy and profitable for some lawyers but that is not the way I practice law. While a fair settlement is the preferred method of resolving disputes, I meticulously prepare each case as if it was going to trial, and I am not afraid to bring a case to trial if my opponent is unreasonable. I believe such an approach leads to better results for my clients.
