Susan Henner is the lead attorney for Henner Law Group, PC.  We are a boutique law firm engaged solely in the practice of immigration law.  Located in White Plains, New York.  We have a staff of six.  We represent clients and employers to obtain visas and green cards for their employees, and individuals who are facing deportation.  In addition, we represent clients seeking to sponsor family members and those who are interested in becoming citizens of this country.  Specialties include O-1 visas for artists, entertainers and actors, H-1B Visas for professionals, H-3 trainee visas, Political Asylum cases, and Cancellation of Removal.  We also handle cases involving VAWA, SIJ, U Visas, DACA, adoption, and Consular Processing.  The new Parole in Place law and I-601A waivers are also handled by our office.  Complex cases and waivers are routinely handled by our office.. Susan is the former co-chair of the Westchester County Bar Association, Immigration & Naturalization Committee.  She is a member of AILA.  She served as an original Board Member of the Safe Passage Project at New York Law School.  She is admitted to practice in New York.
