Jennifer is a Director in the Immigration Practice Group of McCandlish Holton, PC where she represents clients based all over the United States in matters concerning federal immigration law.  Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of foreign physicians, but she also represents clients in a wide array of other business immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, TN and L-1 nonimmigrant visas; PERM labor certification; I-485 adjustment of status (green card) processing; and naturalization applications.  She also represents clients needing assistance with family-based immigration and petitions under the Violence Against Women Act.. Jennifer is a frequent panelist at national conferences and Continuing Legal Education seminars regarding the representation of foreign medical graduates and the author of articles on physician National Interest Waivers and J-1 clinical waivers for physicians.  Jennifer is the current President-Elect of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is active in the International Medical Graduate Taskforce, a national coalition of professionals in medicine and law dedicated to assisting foreign-born physicians provide improved healthcare to rural and underserved areas of the United States.  .
