Had an Intro call with Troy and he rudely mocked me for asking him to remind me what his profession is. I didn't realize asking such a simple question to start off a discussion can be so off-putting for someone like this. I hope Troy learns to be more humble with clients in the future.
Troy and Chad are both very friendly and personable. Had a great experience working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.
