  LOCATION: ARIZONA I was rear-ended by an armored money truck company 3 days ago, and they were found at fault. My 2023 Tacoma TRD Off-Road (fully loaded, ~48k miles) is probably going to be totaled. I also know someone who used to work for the company and handled claims. They told me the company supposedly pays up to around $300k before taking things to court, but I have no idea how accurate that is. I haven’t heard anything from their insurance yet, so I filed a claim with my own insurance too. For anyone who’s dealt with something similar: would you get a lawyer involved now, or try handling the claim yourself and only get one if things get complicated? Also, is 3 days without hearing from their insurance normal? Anything else I should be doing in the meantime? Appreciate any advice or personal experiences.

If her baby daddy called his gf on FaceTime and their daughter talked to her on the FaceTime is that against the order? Her daughter is listed as other protected person on the order. But on the order for protected persons (which is her daughter) is not checked marked does that go against order?

  Location: Arizona I'm a 25F in my senior year of college, majoring in Management Information Systems, with a 3.8 GPA. As graduation gets closer, I'm becoming increasingly anxious about what employment will look like for me. In 2022, when I was 21, I was arrested after a physical fight with my younger sister, who was 18 at the time.
