She is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of Billings Head Start, Inc., which provides comprehensive services for young children and their families to achieve school readiness and lifelong success. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Billings, Inc., whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help them thrive in work and life..
