In addition, Ms. Gallinger successfully represents insureds in defense of claims covered under comprehensive general liability policies and has successfully defended insureds against personal injury claims involving catastrophic injury and death.. Ms. Gallinger currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Montana Supreme Court Commission on Practice and was appointed as a Commissioner in 2016. In 2018, Ms. Gallinger was selected to be a Fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel (ACCEC). Joe was raised on his family's ranch just east of Billings and attended school in Shepherd. He was an active member of 4-H, FFA, Montana Junior Angus Association, and numerous sports teams.
