Neighbor’s property is a short term rental with no permanent resident. We have lived in our home for less than 3 months. Location: Oregon. I've been hearing a lot of things that my sister in law (I'll call her Jess) has done, that all sound concerning and I'm worried for my nieces and nephews. Everything I talk about are things other people have been told by her or experienced. One instance, my other sister in law was told by her that sometimes her and my brother will have sex or do sexual things with their kid(4) in the bed with them, while they're wide awake or watching something. Which relates to this time when Jess was recalling a time when the two youngest 4m and 2f were bathing together and 4m started to stick his penis in 2f's face. Jess saw no problem in this and thought it was funny, and had to be told how inappropriate this is. I'm worried 4m is watching them do sexual acts and will try to do that to 2f. Last thing that comes to mind is a old friend of Jess recently told my other sister in law how when Jess used to babysit, she would send videos of the child she watched completely nude to her. These are just some of the things that have me concerned for the wellbeing of the kids. Is there a way to anonymously report this and am I even allowed to report this?

Location: Oregon. My housemates and I rent from a private landlord. The longest standing roommate has been here for 5 years. We pay rent on time, we maintain the house, our landlord could do a lot worse than us considering we are a few blocks from a college campus, so we aren't sure why this is happening. None of us ever submitted an application because he did not require nor provide one. Our lease was up the first of the month, he knew we were going to renew. I really need advice because this has become time-sensitive. There are four people on our lease. One roommate is moving out on August 3. My partner and I immediately started looking for a replacement because we obviously don't want anyone to get stuck covering an empty room. We found someone qualified who interviewed well and submitted an application with the property management company. The problem is our third roommate. She has explicitly stated in writing that she has no intention of filling the fourth bedroom and that the remaining tenants should simply split the cost of the vacant room instead. My partner and I (2 out of the 3 remaining tenants) completely disagree and want the room filled as quickly as possible. She has also: Delayed communication for days at a time. Told the applicant there is "tension" in the house before they even moved in. Insisted that nothing can move forward unless everyone meets together in person, even though our lease doesn't require that and previous roommate replacements in this house were handled without everyone meeting. Our property management company has repeatedly told us they will not get involved in interpersonal disputes between roommates.
